Because rear bumper contours differ meaningfully across these trims, each variant is tooled separately to ensure the diffuser sits flush against the factory bumper line.

The design uses clean, simple lines to shape a diffuser profile that balances visual appeal with genuine aerodynamic function, channeling air out from underneath the car to reduce turbulence and lower rear-end lift, which helps improve tire grip and rear stability at higher speeds while leaving clearance for the factory single or dual exhaust layout.

The diffuser is molded from PP, chosen for its flexibility under minor impacts from road debris, strong resistance to cracking, and notably good heat tolerance, which matters for a Durango SRT or Hellcat where the diffuser sits close to the exhaust; the material resists warping or embrittlement from that sustained heat exposure far better than more rigid alternatives. It's typically left in its matte black finish, which also hides minor scuffs well, though it can be prepped and painted body-color if preferred.

Installation combines the car's factory clip channels with screw fasteners and, on some kits, supporting 3M tape for extra hold, with stainless steel hardware included; a professional install typically takes 30 to 60 minutes.
